The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Lake Worth, Texas, will conduct the first of two public hearings at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Lake Worth City Council Chambers, 3805 Adam Grubb, Lake Worth, Texas 76135 to hear public comment and consider recommendations to the City Council regarding a proposed replat being all of approximately 4.723-acres of land described as Block A, Lot 1, Azle Addition and more commonly known as 4040 Paul Meador Dr, Lake Worth, Texas. The proposed replat's new legal description will be Block A, Lots 1R, 2 and 3, Azle Addition, which will be commonly described as 6217 Azle Ave (Lot 1R), 6213 Azle Ave (Lot 2) and 4040 Paul Meador Dr (Lot 3), Lake Worth, Texas. The City Council will conduct a second Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Lake Worth City Council Chambers, 3805 Adam Grubb, Lake Worth, Texas 76135 to hear public comment and consider the proposed replat being all of approximately 4.723-acres of land described as Block A, Lot 1, Azle Addition and more commonly known as 4040 Paul Meador Dr, Lake Worth, Texas. The proposed replat's new legal description will be Block A, Lots 1R, 2 and 3, Azle Addition, which will be commonly described as 6217 Azle Ave (Lot 1R), 6213 Azle Ave (Lot 2) and 4040 Paul Meador Dr (Lot 3), Lake Worth, Texas.
