The City of Grapevine is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from experienced firms to provide a market analysis and feasibility study, including the development of a responsive facility plan for the enhancement and potential expansion of the nationally acclaimed The Vineyards Campground & Cabins through a quality-based selection process. Awards will be determined based on the evaluation criteria within the requirements. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFQ guidelines and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. November 5, 2025, through the eBid system.
