TO: ALL MEMBERS OF PENINSULA LIGHT COMPANY PUBLIC HEARING NOVEMBER 13, 2025 Re: Conservation Potential Assessment and Clean Energy Implementation Plan A public hearing is scheduled to be held via telephone conference on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to receive public testimony and comment on the following matters: 1) PLC's ten-year conservation potential and two-year conservation target required by RCW 19.285.040 "Energy Independence Act;" and 2) Peninsula Light Company's 2026-2029 Clean Energy Implementation Plan as required by RCW 19.405.060 "Washington Clean Energy Transformation Act." The public hearing will be held via telephone conference at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025. We encourage and welcome member participation.
