A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Housing Authority Offices in Goodman Manor, Williamson, WV. The scope and details of the project work will be discussed. Attendance is recommended. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3).
