PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission and the Westlake Town Council will hold Public Hearings on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., respectively. The hearings will be held in the First Floor Municipal Courtroom/Council Chambers of the Town Hall Offices located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, Texas 76262. The Public Hearings are to hear and to make recommendation on or to consider the approval of the following: A request from Marquis Group to rezone approximately 25 acres of land currently zoned as R-5, country residential district to the TC, town center form-based development district (town center edge zone). The property is located at 4110 and 4120 Aspen Lane. Information concerning the above matters may be viewed at the Westlake Town Hall located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7200, Westlake, Texas 76262, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
