Roberts, seeking to have Wayne E. Roberts, Phyllis C. Singleton, Malcom E. Roberts, Jason Eric Roberts and Joel Brandon Roberts adjudicated by this Court to be the sole and only heirs-at-law of Kata Lu Davidson Roberts, deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file. You are further summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition against you in this action at 9:00 o'clock a. m. on the 5th day of December, 2025, before the Jackson County Chancery Court in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered declaring Wayne E. Roberts, Phyllis C. Singleton, Malcom E. Roberts, Jason Eric Roberts and Joel Brandon Roberts as the heirs-at-law of Kata Lu Davidson Roberts, deceased, and for any other things demanded in the complaint or petition, and process in the manner prescribed by law for each defendant is hereby returnable to that date.
