The Public Hearing will be held at the Bishop's House at 2420 Old Penitentiary Road, Boise Idaho 83712 at the hour of 7:00 pm on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at which time any person may appear and be heard upon any part or parts of the Proposed Budget. The Proposed Budget may be examined prior to the Public Hearing during regular office hours at the Boise Warm Springs Water District office at 2440 Old Penitentiary Road, Boise, Idaho 83712.
