CITY OF LAKE WORTH, TEXAS ORDINANCE NO. 1320 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE WORTH, TEXAS, AMENDING ARTICLE A4.000 "BUILDING DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, LICENSES AND PERMITS" OF APPENDIX A "FEE SCHEDULE" AMENDING SECTION A4.009 "MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS" BY ADDING "DONATION BOX" FEES; AND AMENDING ARTICLE A11.000 "UTILITY BILLING" BY AMENDING SECTION A11.001 "ADMINSTRATIVE FEES" BY ADDING METER LID, METER TESTING, AND SERVICE RECONNECTION FEES TO THE LAKE WORTH, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT; PROVIDING THIS ORDINANCE IS CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 5. PENALTY CLAUSE. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. SECTION 8. PUBLICATION CLAUSE. The City Secretary of the City is hereby directed .to publish at least twice in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Worth, the caption and the penalty clause of this ordinance in accordance with Section 52.013(b) of the Local Government Code. SECTION 9. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect after passage and publication in accordance with law, and it is so ordained.
