The Dining Building will also have two VRF systems added to condition various smaller spaces. Building 100 - replace 10 Bard type units and three DX split system heat pumps. Building 400 - remove two rooftop units and replacing them with two new packaged units set on grade and tying back into existing ductwork above the ceiling.
