Please take notice that the Receiver in the above case, J. Robert Forshey, has filed a pleading in the above case [ECF 610] to sell a 15.8210-acre tract of land located at 5000 County Road 309, Cleburne, Texas 76031, in Johnson County, Texas (the "Property"), with the following legal description: ABST 543 TR 64A U MENDOZA Acres 15.8210.
The Receiver received three separate offers on the Property and accepted the highest offer of $302,500 in cash at closing, pending Court approval.  A hearing to consider the sale of this land is scheduled to commence at 1:30 p.m. CST on November 6, 2025, before the Hon. Mark T. Pittman, United States District Judge in the 4th Floor Courtroom (Room 401) at the Eldon Mahon Federal Courthouse, 501 West 10th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
