Poole, as joined tenants with express right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Recontrust Company, N.A., Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi in Book 2610 at Page 628 Instrument# 200724483; and WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2020-2 by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 4054 at Page 47 Instrument# 202403933; and WHEREAS, on the 15th day of March, 2024 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 4056 at Page 405 Instrument# 202404678; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 3rd day of December, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the main front door of the Circuit Court Building, City of Pascagoula, Jackson County, MS, 3104 Magnolia at Pascagoula, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Jackson County, Mississippi, to-wit: The land referred to in this policy is situated in the STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, COUNTY OF JACKSON, CITY OF GAUTIER, and described as follows: Lot 13 of Cambridge Square Subdivision, Part II, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13 at Page 27 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
