NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality has certain personal property that has been declared to be surplus (the "Surplus Property") and will be sold to the highest bidder at public auction in accordance with Idaho Code. The auction will be held at Trucks and Auto Auction at 2008 Delta Drive, Nampa, ID 83687 on Thursday November 6th at 6:00 p.m. MDT. The inventory can be viewed online at trucksandauto.com. The Surplus Property may consist of miscellaneous items, equipment, boats, bikes, pickup trucks, SUV's, vans and/or passenger cars. All Surplus Property is sold "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
