NORTHERN TRINITY GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO DISTRICT RULES November 19, 2025, at 2:00 pm The Northern Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (NTGCD) will hold a Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to District Rules on November 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the District office, located at 1100 Circle Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76119. All interested parties are invited to attend. The proposed amendments to the District's Rules address permit application considerations, civil penalties established in Section 36.102, Management Plan content and Management Plan update schedules, and the use of groundwater transportation fees. At the conclusion of the hearing or any time or date thereafter, the proposed amendments to the District's Rules may be adopted in the form presented or as amended based upon comments received without any additional notice. Any person who desires to appear at the hearing and present comments or other information on the proposed amendments may do so in person, by counsel, or both. Comments may be presented verbally or in written form. A copy of the proposed rules amendments is available for review on the NTGCD's website at www.ntgcd.com, and at the NTGCD office located at 1100 Circle Drive, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas 76119.
