Case # SUP-2025-001 Hold a public hearing, discuss, and make a recommendation to the City Council on approval of an ordinance requested by Greenroad Construction, LLC on behalf of FNR 1005 South Crowley Series LLC for a Specific Use Permit to allow a temporary break room and administrative offices during a building remodel for TotalCare located at 1005 S Crowley Rd, legal description Deer Creek Estates-Crowley Block 1 Lot BR1, Tarrant County, Texas. The City of Crowley City Council will conduct a second public hearing and consider the recommendation for the above request at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 201 E. Main.
