NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MEETING WILL BE HELD
 
BEFORE THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
 
ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2025 AT 6:00 P.M. AT
 
THE CASEYVILLE VILLAGE HALL, 909 SOUTH MAIN STREET,
 
CASEYVILLE, ILLINOIS.  AT WHICH TIME, THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WILL
 
DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Case No. ZBA-003-2025 Applicant; Daniel Solorzano requesting a variance to allow reduction of Caseyville Code of Ordinances 40-2-67. "The requirement for 350' setbacks for solar developments per the Caseyville, IL Code of Ordinances, section 40-2-67 is being appealed", to Caseyville Code of Ordinances 40-2-40, "The required setbacks shall be reduced to 50' from all property lines, and 150' from any occupied dwellings".
