NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING North Carolina Municipal Power Agency Number 1 Proposed 2026 Budget All citizens and residents of the member cities and towns of North Carolina Municipal Power Agency Number 1 (NCMPA1) will take notice that the tentative budget of the Agency for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, was submitted to the Board of Commissioners of NCMPA1 the week of October 27, 2025, and is available for public inspection in the office of the Chief Executive Officer, 1427 Meadow Wood Boulevard, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604. A public hearing on the budget will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord, 7831 Gateway Lane, NW, Concord, NC 28027 at which time persons who wish to be heard concerning the budget may appear.
