NO. PLN2025-0022 – SILVA REVOCABLE TRUST – Request to subdivide a 107.62± ac. parcel into 2 parcels, 5.32± & 44.22± acs., in size, & a 58.08±ac. remainder, in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-40) zoning district. A variance request is included to create a parcel below the required min. parcel size of 40-acs.
