NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency Proposed 2026 Budget All citizens and residents of the member cities and towns of North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency will take notice that the tentative budget of the Agency for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, was submitted to the Board of Commissioners of the Agency the week of October 27, 2025 and is available for public inspection in the office of the Chief Executive Officer, 1427 Meadow Wood Boulevard, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604. A public hearing on the budget will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Wilson Operations Center located at 1800 Herring Avenue, Wilson, North Carolina, at which time persons who wish to be heard concerning the budget may appear.
