SUMMARY STATEMENT: The property named as defendants in rem in the above-listed forfeiture action was seized for civil forfeiture on September 20, 2023 by the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) in DINT Case No. 23-0052 from Pablo Mendoza Mendoza, Marisela Ayala Valencia, Alfonso Magana-Cevallos, Mario Garcia-Cruz, and/or Leondus Romero (aka Leonides Romero). The property is subject to forfeiture pursuant to ORS Chapter 131A as proceeds or instrumentalities of prohibited conduct inasmuch as the property is proceeds of and/or was used in committing or facilitating the violation of, solicitation to violate, attempt to violate, or conspiracy to violate the criminal laws of the State of Oregon as set forth in ORS Chapter 131A. DEMAND FOR RELIEF in the above-entitled forfeiture action is forfeiture of defendants in rem.
