Plans entitled “Taco Bell Redevelopment”, by Thomas Engineering, and consisting of ten (10) sheets dated stamped received June 5, 2025, were found to be substantially in accordance by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources with previous plans approved pursuant to Resolution 4-ZAB-362-84, passed and adopted by passed and adopted by the Metropolitan Dade County Zoning Appeals Board on September 26, 1984.
