NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Centre County Hospital Authority will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of McQuaide Blasko, Inc., 811 University Drive, State College, Pennsylvania 16801, in the Large Conference Room, for the following purposes: (1) to review and approve the annual financial report and audit of the Authority for June 30, 2025 year-end; (2) to consider a project on behalf of Mount Nittany Medical Center involving the issuance of one or more series of revenue bonds to refund certain prior bonds issued by the Authority, and to approve any action required by the Authority in connection with such project; and (3) to consider such other business as may come before the Board of the Authority.
