NOTICE OF TELEPHONIC PUBLIC HEARING The Housing Authority of the City of Tacoma (the "Issuer") will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. on the proposed issuance by the Issuer, pursuant to chapter 35.82 RCW and a plan of financing with respect to the Projects described below, of certain obligations (the "Obligations"), the interest on which will be excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes pursuant to Sections 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). The Obligations are expected to be issued to finance the acquisition, rehabilitation, and equipping of the multifamily housing facilities described below (together, the "Projects"), each of which is to be operated as a qualified residential rental project under Section 142(d) of the Code to provide housing for low-income persons. Portfolio Name: Salishan-Hillside Phase 1 (comprised of the separate Projects listed below) Maximum Aggregate Total Principal Amount of Obligations: $80,000,000 The combined total of the maximum principal amounts listed below for the Projects exceeds the total maximum principal amount of Obligations that may be issued to finance the Projects Principal User of Projects: Salishan-Hillside Phase 1 LLLP Salishan Project Project Description: Acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of an approximately 270-unit multifamily housing facility currently known as Salishan One, Two and Three Project Location: Vicinity of 3903 E Q Street, Tacoma, Washington 98404; 4209 Salishan Boulevard, Tacoma, Washington 98404; 4340 Salishan Boulevard, Tacoma, Washington 98404 Maximum Principal Amount of Obligations: $72,000,000 Hillside Terrace Project Project Description: Acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of an approximately 46-unit multifamily housing facility currently known as Hillside Terrace Project Location: 2330 South G Street, Tacoma, Washington 98405 Maximum Principal Amount of Obligations: $14,000,000 In accordance with Internal Revenue Service Revenue Procedure 2022-20, the public hearing will not be conducted in person.
