Public Notice Donald Morris has applied for a permit from South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management To add a roof over the existing 16' x 16' pierhead and add a new 2' x 5' sink to the landward side of the pierhead. To relocate the existing 10' x 24' floating dock and 3' x 24' ramp 17.43' to the south-east. To add a new 4' x 20' walkway extension channelward of the existing pierhead. To add a new 3' x 24' catwalk to the ebb side of the walkway extension and add two 12' x 13' four-pile boatlifts to each side of the catwalk.
