(1) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit a detached covered canopy structure to setback 56.8’ (75’ required) from the front (west) property line, and to setback 10’ (20’ required) from the interior side (north) property line. (2) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit a rear yard lot coverage of 30.5% (20% maximum permitted).
