IN THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT OF PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI NOTICE OF HEARING OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE TO THE PLATTE COUNTY ZONING ORDER A public hearing before the Board of Zoning Adjustment of Platte County, Missouri, will be held on November 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Administration Building, 415 Third Street (Room 211), Platte City, Missouri, to consider the application submitted by the Andrews Trust for a variance to the Platte County Zoning Order of 1990 as amended, Article II, Section 400.150, Subsection D.2.a., which establishes the minimum side yard setback requirements in the R-80 (Rural Single-Family) zoning district, any and all matters relating to this application. An action will be taken regarding this application. This action will not be final until the scheduled meeting is adjourned. The general location of subject property is 6090 NW Copper Hill Lane more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 9, COPPER HILL RESERVE, a subdivision of land in Platte County, Missouri. Said variance application on the above described tract is on file in the Platte County Planning and Zoning Office, in the Platte County Administration Building, 415 Third Street, Platte City, Missouri. For further information concerning this request, contact the Planning and Zoning office at 816-858-3338 or e-mail at pnz@co.platte.mo.us The aforesaid hearing will be held in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 64 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri and the Platte County Zoning Order of 1990, as amended. In the event that the meeting is canceled, due to inclement weather or a lack of quorum, a special meeting of the Board of Zoning Adjustment may be scheduled for a subsequent date. Further notice will not be given for any matters on the agenda of a canceled meeting or for the applications referred to herein.
