SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS REQUESTED Clark/Sullivan Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for the Pleasanton Unified School District – Village High School Education Options Center project, located at 4645 Bernal Ave, Pleasanton Ca. 94566. This project consists of a new approx. 31,140 gross sqft campus including Village High School and Virtual Academy (both included in current set of drawings). Village High School will have modern facilities and buildings that will include flexible classrooms and learning spaces, makers spaces, flexible labs, culinary and hospitality education spaces, and a life skills lab space. Virtual Academy will be construction of physical facilities on the campus to house and support the Pleasanton Virtual Academy staff and students. Spaces include classrooms to utilize remote learning and flexible workstations that can be utilized by staff and students when physically on campus. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) are encouraged to participate in bidding. Bidders should identify with C/S if you are a DVBE and provide your certificate and the DVBE value in your proposal.
