The subject property is approximately 0.56 acres in size and is zoned RS-B-X 20 AC. MIN. PD = 0.93 (Residential Single-Family, Combining Minimum Building Site of 20 Acres with a Planned Development Density Factor of 0.93 units per acre). It is located at 3855 Country Park Drive, in unincorporated Granite Bay. The Planning Commission will consider a determination that the proposed modification is categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15305, and Placer County Environmental Review Ordinance Sections 18.36.030 (Class 1 – Existing Facilities) and 18.36.070 (Class 5 – Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations).
