Request for Competitive Proposals As Construction Manager for Azle ISD, BTC will be receiving competitive proposals from trade contractors for the Asbestos Abatement at Azle Junior High on November 5, 2025. Competitive proposals will be received by BTC, 1450 N. Jim Wright Freeway, White Settlement, Texas 76108 until 2:00 p.m., (local time) on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 via email to estimating@btcbuilds.com. Proposals will NOT be received after 2:00 p.m. The complete bidding documents for this project will be available in electronic, downloadable format for subcontractor and supplier use in preparing proposals for this project via Auto Desk BuildingConnected. Access to the bidding documents will be available through a link on the BTC website "www.btcbuilds.com" following the instructions under the "bidding" tab. The Proposal Package Manual detailing specific work required and contractual obligations will be available with the bidding documents. BTC is not responsible for partial or incorrect information obtained from other bidding websites or plans rooms. Addenda will be posted on the Auto Desk BuildingConnected website only and registered proposers will receive a notification when addenda are posted. It is the responsibility of the proposers to obtain all of the addenda. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday October 28, 2025 at the Azle ISD Junior High at 4:30 PM for all interested proposers. Interested parties will meet at the 201 School St, Azle, TX 76020 at the BTC Job Trailer. A site visit will be conducted immediately following a short discussion of the project requirements.
