NOTICE TO INFORM: At the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council meeting on October 9,2025, Ordinances 79-83 were enacted related to: (1) amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds; (2) amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to correct funds for purchase orders rolled from FY 2025 into FY 2026, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds; (3) amending the authorized strength by abolishing two (2) classified positions and creating two (2) unclassified positions all in the Div. of Water Quality; (4) amending the authorized strength by abolishing one (1) classified position and creating one (1) unclassified position all in the Div. of Water Quality;(5)amending and replacing Ordinance No. 203-80, as amended by Ordinance No. 59-81; Ordinance No. 103-86; Ordinance No. 237-93; Ordinance No. 52-94; Ordinance No. 18-96; Ordinance No. 180-2009; Ordinance No. 152-2013; Ordinance No. 160-2014, which amended Ordinance No. 152-2013; Ordinance No. 57-2017, which amended Ordinance No. 160-2014; Ordinance No. 26-2020; and Ordinance No. 142-2022, relating to Industrial Revenue Bonds and the Economic Development Investment Board.
