DIRECTOR'S ELECTION CANCELED NEW YORK IRRIGATION DISTRICT In accordance with Title 43-201A of the Idaho Code "…if, after the expiration of the date for filing written nominations for the office of Director, it appears that only one (1) qualified candidate has been nominated, it shall not be necessary to hold an election and the board of directors shall declare such candidate elected as director at the next regularly scheduled board meeting". No election will be held for Director within the New York Irrigation District as scheduled.
