All persons having claims must file them as provided in Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritimes Claims, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with the Clerk of this Court, at the United States Courthouse at Wilmington, North Carolina, and serve on or mail to Coastal Gunite Construction Company's counsel, Clark, Newton & Evans, P.A., attention: Seth Buskirk, 509 Princess Street, Wilmington, North Carolina 28401, a copy thereof on or before the 12th day of December, 2025, or be defaulted.
