Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Cafe RFP Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is soliciting and will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified operators to manage and operate a café at the Main Library, currently under construction, as well as provide non-exclusive catering throughout the property. Sealed proposals must be addressed to Michael Boger, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, 510 Stitt Road, Charlotte, NC 28213, and received no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on October 27, 2025.
