CITY OF ANNA MARIA, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD AND CITY COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Anna Maria Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings on November 19, 2025 at 9:00 A.M., and the City of Anna Maria City Commission will hold a public hearing on December 11, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The hearings will be at City Hall of the City of Anna Maria, 10005 Gulf Drive, Anna Maria, Florida 34216, to consider: 1. A request for a variance to the 15-ft waterway setback requirement for the installation of a retaining wall along Tampa Bay located at 853 North Shore Dr. 2. A request for a variance to the buffer requirements for the development of a paid parking lot at 105 Spring Ave. 3. A request for site plan approval for a paid parking lot for the property located at 105 Spring Ave. All interested parties may appear at the meeting or utilize optional attendance by telecommunications media and be heard regarding this request. Copies of the proposed requests are on file at the City of Anna Maria City Hall, Building Department and may be reviewed by the public between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
