Public Notice Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Section 193.122, Florida Statutes, Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, upon the request of the Tax Collector, ordered the extension of the 2025 Tax Rolls on September 3rd, 2025. The Property Appraiser, being satisfied that all property is properly taxed, certified the tax rolls on October 15th, 2025. The certification is the initial certification of the entire 2025 Real and Tangible Personal Property Assessment Rolls under Section 193.122(2), Florida Statutes, unadjusted by any changes to be made by the Value Adjustment Board after hearing pending tax appeals for 2025.
