ROCK HILL BOARD OF HISTORIC REVIEW
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING
The Rock Hill Board of Historic Review will hold a public hearing regarding the following items at their meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, and will begin at 6:00 p.m.
H-2025-06: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request to replace
windows of 331 and 331 1/2 E. White Street by Will Trimble for
Andrew Schartner. This property is part of the Reid Street/North
Confederate Avenue Historic District Area. Tax Parcel 627-09-01-003.
H-2025-07: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request to replace windows
at 923 Standard Street by Trae Ely. This property is part of the
Highland Park Mill Historic District Area. Tax Parcels 628-12-02-001.
The Board of Historic Review will be the final reviewing authority for the City.

Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing, to be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Written comments on the applications may be submitted to the City of Rock Hill Planning & Development Department, Board of Historic Review, 155 Johnston Street, Suite 300, PO Box 11706, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
If the meeting is to be rescheduled for any reason, the alternate date will be Thursday,
November 13, 2025. Notice of any change will be sent to the applicants and will be posted online and at City Hall.
