CITY OF ROCK HILL ROCK HILL BOARD OF HISTORIC REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING The Rock Hill Board of Historic Review will hold a public hearing regarding the following items at their meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, and will begin at 6:00 p.m. H-2025-06: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request to replace windows of 331 and 331 1/2 E. White Street by Will Trimble for Andrew Schartner. This property is part of the Reid Street/North Confederate Avenue Historic District Area. Tax Parcel 627-09-01-003. H-2025-07: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request to replace windows at 923 Standard Street by Trae Ely. This property is part of the Highland Park Mill Historic District Area. Tax Parcels 628-12-02-001. The Board of Historic Review will be the final reviewing authority for the City.
