UNC Asheville Lipinsky Hall - REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATIONS Barringer Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by UNC Asheville and is seeking to prequalify construction trades and specialty contractors to submit bids for all construction trades for UNC Asheville Lipinsky Hall located in Asheville, NC. Project Description: This project will be located at 300 Library Lane, Asheville, NC 28804. Scope of work will include an existing renovation of 44,871 SF and added SF bringing the new total to 49,296 SF. The renovations will be to an existing building to develop new student and faculty spaces (common areas, restrooms, classrooms, offices, theater, etc.). This renovation also includes heavy Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Structural Steel packages. We will be hosting a project information and outreach session in Asheville (November 19).
