CLAIR COUNTY BOARD CHAIRMAN'S 2026 PROPOSED APPROPRIATION BUDGET PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by THOMAS HOLBROOK, County Clerk, that, pursuant to Section 6-1001 of the Illinois Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/6-1001), the St. Clair County Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 27, 2025 at 7:15 p.m. in the County Board Meeting Room B-564 at the St. Clair County Building, 10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comments and discuss the St. Clair County Board Chairman's proposed Appropriation Budget.
