LEGAL NOTICE SS-2026-085 City of Boise The City of Boise hereby publishes notice of intent to award a sole source procurement. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2808. The sole source procurement is between the City of Boise, Department of Public Works, and Transcend Software, Inc. The City intends to purchase the following: Transcend Design Generator (TDG). It has been determined that there is only one vendor reasonably available to provide the required generative design software. Any vendor may challenge this sole source procurement.
