Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a Formal Modification of Water Use Permit No. 20009808.013 from University Park Community Association, Inc., 8301 The Park Blvd, University Park 34201, to withdraw water from wells and or surface waters. Application received: October 13, 2025. Predominant use type: Recreation / Aesthetic. Quantity 920,400 gpd AAD. Location: Section(s) 2, 3, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, Section(s) 23, 25-27, 34-36, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637 or through the "Application & Permit Search Tools" function on the District's website at www.watermatters.org/permits/. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written objections and comments concerning the application within 14 days from the date of this notice.
