NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH 27TH STREET APARTMENTS, LLC The City Council of the City of University Place will hold a Public Hearing during its Regular Meeting on Monday, October 20, 2025, commencing at 6:30 p.m., to consider a proposed Development Agreement between the City of University Place and 27th Street Apartments, LLC pertaining to the acquisition of real property located at 2903 Morrison Road West, University Place, WA. The public is encouraged to participate and may provide written or verbal testimony. Written comments are accepted via email and should be sent to the City Clerk at Egenetia@cityofup.com.
