SUMMARY NOTICE OF SALE $20,000,000* SPARTANBURG COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT SIX, SOUTH CAROLINA GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND SERIES 2025 Proposals for the purchase of the General Obligation Bond in caption above ("Bond") will be received by Spartanburg County School District Six, South Carolina ("School District"), pursuant to the request for Proposals. A copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained as described below. A summary of the expected terms of the Bond and the Request for Proposals are described herein. Sale Date: Tuesday, October 28, 2025, or on such other date and time as may be established by the School District and communicated electronically not less than 48 hours prior to the time the proposals are to be received for the rescheduled sale. Sale Time: 12:00 noon Eastern time. Bond Dated: Date of Delivery (expected to be November 13, 2025). Payment Dates: The Bond will mature serially, commencing April 1, 2026, through and including April 1, 2028. Interest on the Bond accrues from the date of delivery and is payable semiannually on each April 1 and October 1, commencing April 1, 2026, until the Bond is paid in full. Good Faith Deposit: None. Ratings: None. However, the School District maintains an underlying rating of "Aa2" from Moody's on its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024. Tax Status: Federal and South Carolina tax-exempt.
