PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that a meeting of the Appropriations Committee (APC) is scheduled to be held in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers, located on the Second Floor of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida, 33128, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
Among other matters to be considered, the following public hearing item has been cancelled:
ORDINANCE CREATING CHAPTER II, ARTICLE 1D OF THE CODE OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING THE MIAMI-DADE CBO TRUST FUND AND CBO TRUST FUND DEDUCTION TO BE APPLIED TO ELIGIBLE COUNTY PURCHASES; PROVIDING LEGISLATIVE INTENT AND PURPOSE; DIRECTING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR'S DESIGNEE TO PROVIDE REPORTS TO THE BOARD; AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION FROM THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
All interested parties may appear and be heard at the time and place specified.
