NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") will hold a telephonic public hearing on October 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (CDT). Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing 1-877-304-9269 (US Toll Free) and when prompted entering the meeting code 651864#. This hearing is regarding a proposed issuance of the Issuer's qualified 501(c)(3) bonds, as defined in Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Tax Code"), in one or more series (the "Bonds") for hospitals or other healthcare facilities as further described below in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed One Billion Five Hundred Eighty-Five Million Dollars ($1,585,000,000). The proceeds of the Bonds in the respective maximum principal amounts set forth below will be loaned to Ascension Health Alliance d/b/a Ascension ("Ascension"), a Missouri not-for-profit corporation and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code, and used to finance or refinance projects owned and/or principally used by one or more of the following affiliates of Ascension: (a) Ascension Providence, (b) Ascension Seton, (c) Cedar Park Health System, LLC, (d) Ascension Texas and/or (e) Providence Park, Inc. (the "Project Affiliates") at the locations listed below, in the aggregate maximum principal amount at each such location as described in this notice: (i) the campus of Seton Hays Hospital, generally located at 6001 Kyle Parkway, Kyle, TX and generally bounded by Kyle Parkway, Seton Parkway and Dacy Lane in Hays County ($10,000,000); (ii) the campus of Ascension Providence Hospital, generally located at 6901 Medical Parkway, Waco, TX and generally bounded by Medical Parkway, Londonderry Drive, New Sanger Avenue, West Highway 6, and Richland West Circle in McLennan County ($15,000,000); (iii) the campuses of (A) Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, generally located at 1201 West 38th Street, Austin TX, and generally bounded by West 38th Street, North Lamar Boulevard, West 32nd Street, Medical Parkway, West 34th Street, and Shoal Creek ($505,000,000), (B) Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, generally located at 1500 Red River Street, Austin, TX and generally bounded by Red River Street, East 15th Street, Trinity Street, and East 18th Street ($215,000,000), (C) Dell Children's Medical Center, generally located at 4900 Mueller Boulevard, Austin, TX and generally bounded by Mueller Boulevard, Philomena Street, Lancaster Drive, and Barbara Jordan Boulevard ($20,000,000) and (D) Seton Northwest Hospital, generally located at 11113 Research Boulevard, Austin, TX and generally bounded by Research Boulevard, Balcones Woods Drive, Santa Cruz Drive, and Seton Center Parkway ($20,000,000), each in Travis County, (iv) the campuses of (A) Ascension Seton Cedar Park Hospital, generally located at 1401 Medical Parkway, Cedar Park, TX and generally bounded by Medical Parkway, 183A Frontage Road, East New Hope Drive, and Cottonwood Creek Trail ($480,000,000), (B) Ascension Seton Wound Care Center – Cedar Park, generally located at 801 E. Whitestone Boulevard, Cedar Park, TX ($25,000,000), (C) Ascension Seton Emergency Center – Leander, generally located at 1751 Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, TX ($20,000,000) and (D) Seton Williamson Hospital, generally located at 201 Seton Parkway, Round Rock, TX and generally bounded by Seton Parkway, University Boulevard, North A.W. Grimes Boulevard, and Medical Center Way ($275,000,000), each in Williamson County. The above facilities are owned and/or principally used by one or more of the Project Affiliates, each a nonprofit corporation and each an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code or a limited liability company directly or indirectly owned by one or more organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. This notice is published, and this public hearing is being held, pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Tax Code. All interested persons are invited to comment on any of the matters herein noted.
