PUBLIC NOTICE Joseph H. Hanna and Sara Hanna have applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to replace the stringers, surface and handrails of the 333' walkway, 8' x 9' covered pierhead and 12' x16' floater. To authorize after-the-fact the 12' x 16' floater, 2' x 7' fish station, and 3' x 3.5' platform accessing the existing 4 post boatlift. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use, at 59 Whitners Landing Road, St. Helena, SC on Doe Point Creek.
