CHARLOTTE-MECKLENBURG SCHOOLS PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED LEASE OF REAL ESTATE The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education (CMBE) intends to lease the following school board-owned property: The property at 6300 Highland Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28215, known as Hickory Grove Annex. The School Board intends to lease the property to Charlotte Bilingual Preschool for a term of 10 years in consideration of the lease. Tenant will pay the School Board a monthly rent of $0. All persons interested in this lease are invited to attend a regular meeting of the School Board to be held on November 18,2025.
