PUBLIC NOTICE Soza Lopat will apply (has applied) to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to install a 4' x 415' long walkway with 36" high handrail leading to a 10' x 12' pierhead with a 36" high handrail at the mud flat for private use at 78 Harrison Island Road (Parcel 1C) on the Colleton River.
