NOTICE OF BANK MERGER Notice is hereby given that Heritage Bank, a Washington state-chartered bank with its main office located at 201 5th Ave. SW, Olympia, Washington 98501 ("Applicant"), intends to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to merge Kitsap Bank, a Washington state-chartered bank with its main office located at 619 Bay Street, Port Orchard, Washington 98366 ("Target"), with and into Applicant, with Applicant being the surviving entity of the merger. At this time, it is contemplated that offices of both institutions will continue to operate under the name "Heritage Bank," with certain legacy offices of Target doing business under the "Kitsap Bank" name, with such locations identified as divisions of Applicant.
