Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time October 23, 2025 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. Bid documents are available by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu.
