CITY OF RICHLAND NOTICE OF SEPA DETERMINATION Date Notice Issued: October 12, 2025, per WAC 197-11-340(2) File #: PLN-T1-2025-00319 Proponent: Reid Lunde, 2159 Henderson Loop, Richland, WA 99354 Proposal: Construct a 12,032 sf pre-engineered metal building with a main shop and three tenant spaces. Construct associated site improvements, including a parking lot. Location of Proposal(s): The project is located at 2589 Robertson Drive, Richland, WA. Portion of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4, S28, T10N, R28E, WM, Parcel # 1-2808-1BP-5946-004 Determination: The City has reviewed the project for environmental impacts and has issued a determination of non-significance using the process outlined in WAC 197-11-340(2). This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal.
