"This Ordinance amends the City's Code of Ordinances and Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property generally described as being located North of and adjacent to East Railroad Street, South of and adjacent to 23rd Street, East of Robert Avenue, and West of and adjacent to Hewes Avenue, from its present classification of B-2 (General Business) to R-B (Residence Business), as more fully set forth in the Ordinance.
